Known as the sunshine vitamin, your body manufactures vitamin D when you’re out in the sunlight. Getting enough sun isn’t an option for everyone, though. He recommends food that has a lot of vitamin D which includes both fortified cereals and milk, trout, ham, salmon, and tuna.
